Demo: Gomaplast semi-automatic industrial weighing and dosing system — featuring the 10-station rotational carousel, RFID tracking, and PLC touchscreen control in a live production environment.
Every component is engineered around load-cell based gravimetric principles — dosing by actual weight, not volume — to deliver ±0.1% accuracy, full traceability, and safety in your weighing process. Explore our gravimetric feeder systems for precision gravimetric dosing.
RFID cards assign IDs to operators, storage bins, and weighing buckets. Barcode readers and label printers ensure full traceability at every step.
Mechanical locks on storage bins prevent access when not in use. Scanned bag-to-bin verification with red-light error alerts eliminates ingredient mix-ups.
Load-cell based gravimetric feeder scale (0–20 kg) with RS232 output measures actual mass, not volume — so density and flow variations never affect accuracy. Tolerances displayed on-screen in real time, with automatic value capture and storage.
Operator control station with PLC and color touch screen for intuitive, fast visual verification of every step in the weighing process.
Rotational carousel on rails with 10 gravimetric weighing buckets enables preparation of up to 10 identical recipes simultaneously — turning a single-stream gravimetric feeder into a high-throughput gravimetric dosing system.
Operators scan their badge to begin. The system displays assigned tasks, recipes, and ingredients — ensuring accountability and proper authorization.
This load-cell based gravimetric weighing system doses by actual weight for superior accuracy versus pure volumetric systems. The semi-automatic gravimetric dosing system for rubber compounding comes fully equipped and is expandable to meet your production needs.

From badge scan to labeled output — every step is guided, verified, and recorded by a load-cell based gravimetric feeder that doses by actual weight, not volume.
The operator begins by scanning their RFID badge. Once recognized, the system displays the tasks and recipes assigned for the production shift.
The screen shows the recipe with all ingredients, the bin where weighing starts, the correct weight, tolerance, and number of repetitions to complete.
The operator pushes the gravimetric weighing station to the designated bin — a beep confirms the correct location. The product is weighed by the load-cell scale, checked against tolerance, and deposited into the bucket.
Actual gravimetric weights are automatically stored and displayed. The gravimetric dosing system proceeds to the next ingredient until the entire recipe is complete.
Upon completion, the system generates a sequence tag with a barcode. The operator removes bags from buckets, labels them, and sends them to the next production step.

Watch the Gomaplast semi-automatic industrial weighing and dosing system (GMI) operate in a real production environment — demonstrating micro dosing accuracy, RFID bin tracking, barcode verification, and the 10-station rotational carousel delivering up to 120 batches per shift.
Load-cell gravimetric dosing delivers substantial productivity gains, better quality, and a safer workplace — with accuracy no pure volumetric system can match.
Gravimetric dosing by actual weight sets high standards — a positive effect on final product quality and a reduction of defective products versus volumetric feeding.
The gravimetric dosing carousel enables weighing of ten identical batches simultaneously — up to 120 batches per shift with ±0.1% accuracy.
Greater agility, simplicity, cleanliness and work ergonomics throughout the entire weighing process.
Each storage bin contains a unique ingredient with full traceability, avoiding exchanges and cross-contamination.
Fast identification and reloading of bins without interrupting production. Integrates with your ERP system.
Ergonomically designed to reduce accidents and repetitive strain injuries during weighing and feeding.
Instant alerts for errors, incorrect bins, and low stock levels keep the process running smoothly.
Daily production orders are automatically shown on screen — operators know exactly what to do, every shift.
The Gomaplast weighing and micro dosing system has been recognized by leading trade publications.

The Gomaplast batch traceability weighing system captures every ingredient weight, lot number, and operator action automatically. Digital batch records satisfy GMP, ISO, and customer audit requirements — and eliminate the administrative burden of manual paper-based documentation entirely.
Every ingredient weight, lot number, operator ID, and timestamp captured automatically — no manual data entry, no audit delays.
Physical bin locking prevents ingredient mix-ups at the source. Barcode scanning verifies lot traceability before dispensing.
Production orders flow from SAP, Oracle, Dynamics to the dosing station. Batch data returns automatically — inventory always accurate.
GMP, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, FSMA — digital batch records with signatures eliminate the audit preparation burden entirely.
Batch traceability weighing systems are essential for any manufacturer subject to GMP, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or FSMA requirements. The Gomaplast GMI generates audit-ready batch records automatically — no manual compilation, no missing data, no delays.
